MINI MASTERPIECE - The Marsh Street Gallery

The Marsh Street Gallery is hosting the 2nd Annual Mini-Masterpieces Mystery Art Event on Saturday, September 25th, benefitting the Beaver Valley Preschool. Mini-Masterpieces is an anonymous art event celebrating the local artist community. Last year we had over 100 5x7’s from such artists as Kate Esplen, Sheilagh Fox and Jon Houghton, all for sale for $40 each.

The twist? The artwork is signed on the back, so the identity of the artist remains a mystery until after its purchased! View the pieces during the day and come to the cocktail party that night, where a bell will go off and the pieces can be purchased on a first-come, first serve basis. This year food is being supplied locally by The Black Angus Fine Meats and Game and The Cheese Gallery.

The event is a fundraiser to help the Beaver Valley Preschool in Thornbury. The preschool offers a safe and happy environment for children, 18 months to 5 years old, and are expanding its services to offer the same high level of care to infants in the community. Preschool fees cover just over half of the daily expenses, we need your help to raise the funds that help our children learn and grow.
